I've been looking into deleting my account but with no luck was i able to progress with my option to leave.
I actually think its quite un professional for there not to be an option where i can remove myself from acne.org or at least de-activate my profile.
Also i don't necessarily want to waste any more of my time closing posts or changing details.
Can someone please send me into the right direction or at least have a moderator look into this option.
Thank you and god bless
danny

Sorry buddy, but that's not something that the mods do. From the Deleting your account thread
So if you really want to remove your footprint so to speak, you'd have to edit your posts. Also if you want other members to remove your quotes from their post, they have to do it on request. Can't find the quote, but I recall reading it posted by a mod in another thread on the same topic.

We're sorry but we are no longer able to delete accounts upon request. We have thousands of members and are continually growing, so this is no longer something the Admins. are able to do.
If you feel you no longer want to be a part of our community, we ask that you just stop using your account. If you want some of your posts removed, feel free to search through your posts and replies and edit them as you see fit, remove photos, etc. You may also change your username in your controls to something non-identifying with you, if you'd like, before you go.
I would also like to encourage everyone to be mindful of the information you put online. It's not always a good idea to post personal information on public internet forums.
Thanks for your cooperation.

It's part of the board rules. ; )

Moderators cannot delete accounts.
If you violate the rules, you'll just get banned and your account will still exist.
Just simply stop posting here. Log out and close out acne.org and go enjoy yourself.
