So I'm a 19 yo male with light/moderate acne and have been on the regimen for a month. I currently use half the recommended dosage of BP and am slowly moving up to the full dosage. I havent had any side effects with BP other than dryness/tightness and some flakiness. What I would like to know is if It would be ok to (slowly) start incorporating AHA+ into the regimen? I would really like to start using it but I don't want to rush. so what do you guys think, start now or wait a couple months?
Question about AHA+

Howdy,
As early as 3 weeks into the Regimen you can start incorporating AHA+ but I don't suggest it. Wait until you are 5 weeks along, and start slowly. It will help your acne clear and scars clear, as well as give you a nice even skin tone (and help with dryness A TON).
Start with the test recommended on the bottle, a little on the underside of your chin for 2 days. Then spot treat for a week or so, using very little (a little goes a loooooong way with that stuff). Then start applying it once, maybe twice a week to your entire face (a finger's length) for 2 weeks. If everything is still going well, you can eventually advance to every night using it (same amount, a finger's length).
PM me if you have any more questions!
