Hi, first post here. About two months ago I started to notice spots appearing on my back. Can you tell me how bad my bacne is before I start using some of the treatments. I haven't yet seen a GP but I will book an appointment for it.

So please tell me how bad this bacne is. Thanks

Have a look at some of the other threads here Mrafc and then use that as a guide to gauge the seriousness of your 'bacne'!

This is minor, and alot of it is probably due to your hair back. Hair hangs on to dirt and grim, try to rinse off in the shower twice a day or shave the back hair, although shaving just leads to more hair growth, I would recommend rinsing off in a cold shower before bed to help rinse any dirt or grim (dead skin or oil build up) away from the hair.
