Yesterday I ordered acne.org Jojoba, Moisturizer and AHA+ (I dont wanna use BP)

I have very oily skin and therefore clogged pores (few tiny pimples here and there but not often)
As a treatment i use Effaclar Duo (Salicidic Acid) and i am very successful but it causes dry skin (My skin breaks out when i use most Moisturizers)

The reviews on acne.org on the AHA+ are outstanding. I thought I found a product that has the exfoliation effect (like effaclar duo) and at the same time moisturizes my skin so i dont need to apply e second product after the acid product

I did some research and pretty much everywhere it sais that BHA is better on clogged pores because it can go deeper because it can go though the skins oil

Should i cancel my order or do you think AHA works on clogged pores too?
I was so excited when i read that AHA+ works so well on so many people and now im unsure =(

AHA+ isn't primarily an acne treatment, it works best in conjuction with BP, so I'm not sure how effective it will be by itself. Also it may be too strong to use morning and night. Be careful with that stuff, it's potent but works wonderfully in conjunction with the rest of the Regimen. (I'm a huge fan of the AHA+)

Dan has actually never addressed why he uses AHA instead of BHA but I trust his decision mainly because his Regimen has completely cleared my skin (and his advice has always been helpful). However for someone not primarily doing the Regimen I can see why you would worry about it.. (after all, where's the trust?)

While I don't know your reasons for not using BP I have to say it really is amazing and is the best for acne treatment. I hope you find something that works for you.
