Started using 2% eryth solution (alcohol based) from my dr. I think it is helping, but I am also using a systemic erythromycin that I started a few days before the topical. It has only been about a week, but I had such a crazy awful breakout I had to do something.
I used DMSO on the worst spots and put the eryth solution on top, and within moments they were almost flat! Awesome!
