Just try benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid they both should help. Also you shouldn't use soap as a cleanser on your face EVER! Gat a cleanser with no oils and a pimple fighting additive. Also you should moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer as well. This is the simple stuff you should know for treating your acne. Hope this helps!

Thank you for replying. I found a good Moisturizer and your right the soap is not good but that's the best thing we got here and if i stop cleansing with the soap my face turns terrible. I found the acne is in my genes, and looking at how much worse other people have it reminds me to thankful I only have whiteheads and the occasional pimple. I will though be on the look out for cetaphil or a good cleanser
