Definitely go to another dermatologist and see what they could do for you. Your bacne isn't bad at all, but your chest looks a little bad (no offense). I can't see how a dermatologist would simply say to wash as a solution to such an issue...

But anyways, get multiple opinions. I would say accutane, but there are many other treatments available. There's a treatment out there that'll help. Good luck.
