Hello, this is my first post here. I was searching online for some acne help, and I've come across this website.
Anyways to the main point, As you can see in the picture, I have some acne problems. I have dots all over my front and back body, including the shoulders. I have used tea tree oil and various other stuff that helps with acne. It seems that it isn't working at all. I've seen a couple dermatologist and they just said to take showers after workout/sports. They also said that there is something wrong with the pores. They didn't really go into detail, so I have come to this website to seek help. Please, if anybody has a solution to this mess help me!
Pictures are uploaded. Caution: don't open if you don't like to see pimples.

Your back acne is not bad at all. Your chest acne is somewhat bad though (no offense). My advice would be go to a Dermatologist and see what they can give for your body acne. Also, if you have no facial acne and you only have body acne, consider yourself lucky. Seriously. I have moderate facial acne and I'd say mildly moderate body acne.

Your back isn't that bad. Your chest is worse. What I do that helps is to use a loofah or some other exfoloiating brush on the infected parts. Something else I use is a benzoyl peroxide gel. I use the clean and clear continous control. It's in a blue container and is like 5 bucks at wal mart. I used vineager for a little while but I had to stop, but while I used it it really cleared things up. Like a white vineger or apple cider vineger work well. I just started trying Head and Shoulders and it seems to be working.
Try exploring around here more and get some ideas. Try them out. Hopefully it'll get better!

At kody, I actually did go to a couple dermatologist. They said there was something wrong with my pores. One doctor said to shower after you play sports. Ive been doing that already. Other dermatologist said there's irregularity in my pores so it gets clogged up.
At teh33, I think I need a clearer picture of my back. My bro didn't take a close up of my back, but its almost like my front . When you viewed the picture, did you see the dots all over my body? That is like my back. But it doesn't stick out as much as the front. Thanks for giving some new things to try. If I may ask, how cone you had to stop using applied cider vinegar if it helped with your acne a lot? Another question, for the exfoliating, does it have little beads? Because doesn't the beads rub against the pimples and dots and create more inflammation? I'm not for sure if that's true or not, so a word of wisdom would be acknowledged

Well if it's the same type of acne it shouldn't be a problem. I had to stop using the vinegar because my stepdad cannot stand the smell. I didn't say to use an exfoliating scrub, but a brush or sponge that exfoliates your skin and cleans your pores. I use a loofah sponge and it works fine. And you can try an exfoliating scrub, or do some research on it to see if it would help.
Drinking a lot of water helps a lot. So does making a better diet

Hopefully it's the same kind of acne problem. Ahhhhh, what a coincedence. My brother actually bought some of the apple cider vinegar yesterday, so I guess I'll be using that. Yeah, I've been drinking a lot of water lately now. Easiest thing to do, why not just drink gallons of water per day haha!
Thanks for the advice! It was much appreciated! I'll update you in a couple of weeks if there's any change.
