Iv had bacne for about 2 years and its so horrible and i need some cure i did have acne on my face but now thanks to the reigman iv only got about 3 spots on my face my face is quite dry bit iv only been using the regiman for 5 weeks anyway iv heard about head and shoulders on the shoulders i think i may start putting apple cider vinger. can anyone help and one of my sisters friends is a football player and he said that all of them take apple cider vinger everymorning could this keep my bacne away
please help im 14 with meduim lenth hair please help thanks
