Hello, I'm Michael and I decided that I should keep track of my this in hopes that I will see improvements. I'm male, 20, and I have experienced mild, moderate, and severe acne since the start of puberty. I'm also nearing the end of a weight loss journey(From 250-190lbs in about 1 and a half years; my overall goal is 180).

Past failures:
-Proactive: Tried it for a year, if anything it damaged my skin.
-Clindamycin: I tried it for a couple of months on its own and saw little to no improvement.

Current Regimen(fully started August 23rd):
Skincare
I've started to wash my face with honey and use jojoba oil for moisturizer.
I apply Differin lotion at night paired with clyndamycin lotion.

Diet
I'm trying to eat as many vegetables/fruits as possible, limiting meat intake, and trying to cut out anything processed.
I drink a lot of water, but I don't keep track of it.
I drink almond milk instead of regular milk.

Vitamins
Vitamin A (beta carotene) 25k iu once a day
Vitamin D3 2000 iu once a day
Fish Oils 1000 iu 1-2 times a day
Multivitamin once a day

Before Photo:
(I was also recovering from a mild sunburn so Im really red)

First log:
I'm following the regimen well except today I had to eat some greasy chinese food for dinner so I kind of failed in the diet part.
My skin is peeling A LOT where Ive been applying the differin/clynda and im resisting the urge to pick at it.
I'm feeling a lot happier since taking my vitamins and I feel like theyre going to help in the long run.

I'm going to take my pictures in 2 week intervals if I can remember.

Completely random photo update!
I don't know, I think its improving.
The redness below my lower lip is EXTREMELY noticeable in pictures. From a distance it makes my chin look weird. I'll be happy if that goes away soon
