I have always had clear skin with mild acne around the time I had my period but lately ever since I stop using proactive my face is going crazy its not BAD but I feel like its getting there. I am now using panoxyl 10% , cethaphile gental cleanser, and cethaphil spf 15 lotion. I have had like 3 cyst pimple which are now gone but they left 3 dark spots, and tiny little bumps which look like black heads but there flesh color on my forhead. Now I have some on my chin and I also have some on my chest but those are red and some are flesh color. I dont know what to do I am getting depressed this has happen in a month. I am going to my doctor monday for an emergency vist because I know something is not right with my skin. I am so frustrated right now. sorry guys I just need to vent. here are some a picture of my forehead acne thanks for responding

All I can say is that it could be- it certainly looks like it. You could ask your doctor about it (alhtough in my experience they're not great at diagnosing it). If you go back on proactive and it doesn't clear up, it's all the more likely that it's PF. You can try washing with nizoral and see if that helps.

That looks like what my face looked like when I first started getting bumps all over from being down in Florida and going in the hot tub a lot on vacation 4 months ago. I think I might have pityrosporum folliculitis also. Anything I put on my face makes it worse. Scratching it makes it worse, steaming makes it worse, sauna makes it worse, touching it less makes it less red, but doesn't stop the pustules from forming.
First came the flesh-colored bumps, then the pustules from those. It's been hell on earth for me. Don't settle for a diagnosis of acne from the Dermatologist. The whole lot of them should be ashamed for simply looking at someone, not listening to them, and telling them, "you have clogged pores. here are two prescriptions. come back in 3 months."

Congrats on getting a treatment from a dermatologist. Hope everything works out for you, and try to stick with it as best as you can. Initial breakouts are most common when starting any treatment.
It's hard to decipher when some skin problems can be PF or Acne. As for your location, Florida can be very humid, I've had a vacation their earlier this year. There hasn't been any direct link to humidity/sweating and acne, although you can always take some measures to prevent any problems by cleansing daily.
