I don't mean to be offensive in my post title/subtitle, but I am floored that not more people are giving this a try.... Keep reading...

First of all, notice my username & join date. I am not new here. I have been on these boards for 7 years and have been searching for treatment for my acne for 15 years. I am 31. Based on the age of my membership here (as well as my posts over the years... just like all of you... looking for treatment for my chronic acne), you can be sure I did not just join up as a marketer to push a product on you. I'm sharing my experience because I AM ONE OF YOU and have been for a LONG time.

A few weeks ago, someone commented on a super old thread, and consequently bumped it. I was intrigued so I read it, and it led me to http://www.acnepractice.com. I spent hours on the site and was HIGHLY SKEPTICAL. I contacted the Dr. who runs the site and emailed back and forth several times. I told him why I was skeptical and after a few rounds of emails I told him his product was most definitely not for me.

Fast forward a few more days, and I really started to think. Yes, the Acne Bootcamp offered on acnepractice.com is expensive, yes there is a lot of "vagueness" with the product descriptions, but at the same time, there are currently over 140 HD videos in the gallery demonstrating real skin change. I'm a graphic designer by profession and can "fake" just about anything in Photoshop. That's how I know what can and cannot be done with a photo. There's no way in hades this HD gallery is fake.

So, I swallowed my pride and my skepticism, (along with my "I know everything there is to know about my skin" attitude) and I ordered the kit for moderate acne.

People, I am on my 3RD DAY of treatment. Started Wednesday night. I wasn't going to take new photos for at least two weeks, but I HAD TO. So please, see the photos I'm attaching (ignore my visible spot treatment along the jaw lines... It's night and I don't care when I'm at home...) The one on the left was taken the day I began, three days ago. The one on the right was taken right now after washing my face (which is when your skin is supposed to be the most red and ugly, right?)... I am in disbelief. This is real! I hope you all don't spend 15 years wasting your life and your skin's health. Do it now! It costs less than being treated continually by a local derm, and you have instant email access to the Dr. who developed these products. LOOK AT MY PICS AGAIN. Don't be as stupid as I almost was..... ;>) More follow-ups to come in future weeks.

Not to be a bitch but I see no difference at all yet.

When I was on DKR I was seeing improvements on the 2nd day of the regimen and I thought that it would really work for my acne then by the 3rd day my skin broke out in a rash and bumps and it looked like I had a chemical burn for weeks.

I would wait before boasting about a $300 acne product if I were you.

Everyone who has seen my face and photos sees the tremendous diff. I can't believe you don't see it. Went from 40+ active visible bumps down to just a few plus marks that are already fading. PLENTY TO BOAST ABOUT! I'm way excited and am not surprised that there will be plenty of negativity from the pessimistic & disillusioned people here.

The pics on the right are the more recent ones? Because if anything I think the ones on the left look better. You're right, I don't see it. And I'm not trying to be pessimistic I just don't agree with boasting about a $300 product on day #3. Acne is so unpredictable, you could break out really bad next week for no apparent reason.

I see a huge improvement in your pictures. I hope the product continues to work for you and offers a more permanent solution rather than just temporary relief. Best of luck to you.

You're right, and if I do, you'll know about it. I am real and honest and have been on these boards trying new things for the past 7 years. If the product sucks, you can be sure I'll let the world know not to waste their time or money. But I've never in all my life had all bumps go down so fast (not even with antibiotics or accutane)... This is huge for me. Look at the pics again, I seriously can't believe you can't see it. Don't look for me to be CLEAR... just highly improved over when I started. More pics will be posted within a week or so, good or bad... ;>) Cheers.

I really hope it works for you too. I am just speaking from experience, when I thought the DKR was really going to work because the next day my zits were practically gone, only for the day after that I break out into a rash and have to stop using it :\ And you're telling people to run out and buy this very expensive regimen on day 3. Like I said I really hope it works and I look forward to your updates smile.gif

Yep, pics taken at different time of day. But clearly a HUGE reduction in spots, apart from the diff in lighting. So very obvious. Not claiming to be clear yet, just improved. Lighting change or not, that much is obvious.

I don't get why people don't see improvement, I see slight improvement! Which is great considering you have only used for a small amount of time.

Yes! I have always been fortunate that my acne (bad as it's been!) doesn't leave pits or too much uneven scarring. One area that I'm lucky in.. ;>)

Thank you! I'm now at the one week mark and still improving! The doctor says my acne is 90% gone, which is insane! I've got a couple active bumps, and of course, lots of dark marks which will fade over time. I will be posting pics again in 1 week (that will be after two full weeks of treatment). I'll keep everyone posted. Very, very encouraging results so far.

So sorry! I over-looked your post & question! I can tell you that the active ingredients in my kit are benzyl peroxide & sulfur. BUT... not everyone can use peroxides. The reason ingredients are not listed on the website is because there are a thousand different variations that you can use. It's very customized. For me, BP and sulfur are doing the trick. But more importantly, what you pay for in this program is individual help and access to a doctor. Everyday I email my questions and I tweak my routine based on his response. It's like discovering what truly will work to heal your skin. For example, my cheeks? Where the acne has been the worst?? I am currently using NOTHING on. No soap, no topicals. Nothing. And they're almost clear. My oily t-zone? I treat that morning and night with my kit. Some people will only end up using one or two products in their kit. Like I said, it's very individual and according to the Dr. who developed this, ANYONE can be helped. And I'm starting to be proof of that. Accutane, antibiotics, every topical on the market... I've done it ALL and nothing's helped me until now. This is crazy amazing. I'll keep reporting back (good or bad) so you guys can see..... Cheers.

It doesn't look terrible, obvious that youre applying some nasty harsh chemicals to your face though. You can do so much better for free and in less time! But do what you want, see if it truly cures your problems, I highly doubt it will because your face looks like it is saying stop feeding chemicals...stop slabbering junk on your skin it will help in the long run.

Wow, you make a lot of assumptions. Prior to starting this, I was a long-time user of an all-natural regimen. I only used raw manuka honey, sea salt, and jojoba. It did not help me at all. I've tried other natural solutions over the years, only to still have a face full of acne. I notice you don't offer any real solution in your post. Also, the areas you likely think are being slathered with chemicals ARE NOT. Are you talking about the dry cheeks? I'm using WATER ONLY on those. Care to make any other suggestions? Because I promise I've been there done that. My decision to seek real help is after 15 years of suffering. I'm done trying to do this on my own. I am now healing and on my way to being acne free.

Actually I remember seeing youtube vidoes with this Acne Practice. There was one, where a fair skinned, asian girl had cystic acne all over her face and practically deformed her nose. After using the Acne Practice her face completely cleared! I don't know if it is healthy, or if it was fake, but the youtube videos showing there transformations was very encouraging. However, I would never be able or would spend 300+ dollars on an acne product, because not every product works for everyone.

If you wouldn't mind I have a post in the natrition and holistic health section, just please take the time to read it, I am acne clear and I cured it with a very simple way. I am here to help, and all I am saying is that at a point and time I looked similar to you, my condition that is. The post I have is called "My cure for acne", even natural items can be bad for your skin, like salt and oils and such...
