I know many people think that megadosing is the only way to get rid of their acne. It is DANGEROUS, so dangerous. Please read this if you are taking too many of those:

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004/11/10/...ain654887.shtml
Vitamin E
http://www.natural-acne-treatments.com/b5-acne.html
Vitamin B5
http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/govtregula...taminAToxic.htm
Vitamin A
http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/the-...-megadoses.html

It might be helping now, but in the longrun, it can cause some serious damage. The appropriate dosages for these vitamins are:

Vitamin E- up to 400IU
Vitamin B5- up to 1 gram
Vitamin A- males = 5000IU, females = 4000IU

Thank you for reading!

You can pop B-Vitamins 24/7 and you won't overdose - it's water soluble. It's fat soluble vitamins that cause the real trouble, like high doses of Vitamin A (*cough* Accutane *cough*).

I think it all comes down to us going back to the diet of our ancestors. Ever heard of a caveman eating a Pop Tart. All these foods in the supermarket are so processed. Try reading the nutritional information of bread and it looks like a college thesis. We need to eat vegetables, fruits, berries and lean meat. That's what our bodies are evolved to process not Ramen Noodles!
