Hey guys,

So I went out and bought myself a bottle of Head and Shoulders (for Men) as this seems to be a popular brand for people treating bacne. I'm gonna start tomorrow and I was just wondering if anyone has advice on whether I should stop applying topical treatments such as BP or AHA+ while doing this? I'm not sure how this will turn out, so any tips would be appreciated smile.gif

Thanks!!

I would love to know this also as I use a decent amount of BP and am planning on trying H&S

I have been using it now for a few days and have done so without applying any topical treatments. So just head and shoulders for now. Normally twice a day, my skin feels really soft after using it, so that's nice smile.gif But I have quite a few marks on my back already so I don't know its effectiveness yet, I shall keep updating ye however!! smile.gif eusa_pray.gif
