IMAG0223.jpg Since my mid teens, I have had a recurring problem of back acne formations. Thankfully, i've never had facial acne, but this is a problem. I'm 21 now, started the regimen (BP and AHA+) a few weeks ago with great results. It completely cleared the "acne" blemishes and the AHA definitely reduced the appearance of scars.

The problem I currently have is 2 or 3 larger, more painful acne formations which recur and last for weeks. I have popped them in the past, resulting in alot of blood and pus and leaving the darker scar tissue that the AHA has helped resolve. They usually form in the same areas, the middle of my back and on either side. They are unsightly and painful, so I visited a dermatologist who prescribed 2% ERY pads. These do seem to dry these formations, and in addition to the sun and ocean water clear them up after a few weeks. I fear the BP is having no effect on these particular acne marks, and i'm wondering if anyone may know what they are.

The picture may be difficult to see, but they are larger than normal acne marks and last much longer. Thank you in advance!
