Just wondering if I'm taking too many vits and herbs, and whether they could affect the work of others.
In the AM I take:
8000UI A
B complex
500mg C
10ug D
250UI E
15mg zinc + copper
500mg B5
100mg niacin
Clear complexion tablets (burdock root, sarsaparilla etc)
1000mg fish oil concentrate
600mg calcium + d3
175mg milk thistle
And the same in the evening however without the B complex.
Too much?!
Am I taking too many vitamins and herbs?

No you are not. I take lots of vitamins too. I take about 13 individual vitamins in one day, some of them twice. I don't do multivitamins. I've been taking lots of vitamins for more than a year. Just make sure you drink lots of water.

Are you taking all those vitamins in order to attain clear skin or just for your overall health.. or both? Is it working?

8000 IU of Vitamin A (in any retinyl form) daily is way too much honestly. Cut that at least in half. It's healthier and more effective take low-doses of Vitamin A for longer periods of time rather than high-doses for shorter periods of time.
If it's beta-carotene, you can keep taking it though. If you really want, you can even apply it to the skin directly but I really wouldn't take that much daily.
Also there's nothing wrong with taking ANY number of supplements as long as you feel that they're helping you and you're not megadosing anything or risking toxicity.
