I'm confused between the 2. To me it seems like they're doing the exact same thing to achieve the same result - enhance collagen production. However, one of the doctors I spoke to was against me going for the fractional non ablative claiming it would not work on my skin type (Type IV and V). However, keep in mind he was the one selling the Laser Gen technology so he could have been biased. I'm very confused about these 2 and i'm leaning towards getting either one done to help with my skin issues.

My problem areas are my cheeks with some icepick and other type of scars and slight redness.
Please help if you've done extensive research and know the answer to anything I'm trying to address.

Any help would be super!! Thanks in advance.
