I really want the white stuff to rise to surface because I don't want reoccurring pimples around that area. :\

So I had a inflamed pimple on my face a few days ago. The pimple was painful and had no head. So yesterday, I popped the pimple with a needle but only clear fluid came out with a teeny bit of blood, there was no white pus
. So today I woke up and a scab formed over the area, so now I'm wondering what will happen after the scab comes off, will the pimple still be there since the white pus didn't come out or will the pimple disappear after that?

That has happened to me so many times. What generally happens to me, since the comedone has not been extracted from the skin, is a new pimple forms under the scab (but this time WAIT til its ready to be popped) then do the needle procedure again.

Ehh, I'm kinda worried since this is the first time I had a painful pimple without a head. Normally if it's a normal comedone, I would just pop it, the white stuff comes out, andthen it disappears within a day. But this time, I think it's a papule/a cyst so will the new formed pimple still remain as a cyst/papule or will it become a normal comedone? My skin around the scab still feels like a bruise.
