Why cleanse less than 10 sec?

Hey guys just wondering. Why do you have to cleanse less than 10 seconds for dans Cleanser?
I actually use it for around 1min.... Is it bad to do that? does it cuz more break out?

Acne is not caused from dirty skin. Washing for too long can be a source of irritation and irritation can exacerbate acne. The main reason for washing is to get the surface of the skin clean in preparation for the benzoyl peroxide. This can typically be accomplished in 10 secs.

If you feel acne is not caused by dirty skin, then what is the point of washing your face?
