About a week ago I felt something was going to form to the side of my nose. When it did a couple days later, it was small and then got a little bit bigger. The biggest it got was probably the size of the end of a pencil (eraser). I left it alone because there was no head. It was red but then it scabbed slightly and went down a bit. It's now a little smaller (still very noticeable!) and looks like a bubble! It doesn't hurt. It's a bit red.

What should I put on it to make it go away? It's been 4 days and no progress! I would have thought it would have deflated or shrunk down. Please help! Big event in two days.
