Hair Skin Nail Vitamins. I purchased them after a friend recommended them. I have been taking them for 3 months & my face is clear! Of course due to hormones & stress I get an occasional pimple, but no where near what used to happen every month! I buy the $7 bottle from walmart. I originally purchased some expensive ones from Whole Foods, and had to return them because the lable said that they could potentially cause birth defects. And since I am a 25 yr old Female who wants to get pregnant soon, that was not what I wanted to be taking just for clear skin!. So just make sure to read the bottle!
I had mild/moderate acne that didn't start until my 20's. I am a health care professional & during my breakouts I constantly had patients asking me how old I was, and questioning whether I was "old enough" to be out of school & working in a hospital. I once had a patient refuse to let me do her test because she wanted "someone older & more experienced". Which I of course blamed my acne for making me look like a high school student.
I take 2 pills a day with tons of water & I am currently using the acne.org products & loving them!
