Hey there everyone,

So, I've had pretty bad acne for a while, and I've noticed that now I still get acne, but what's driving me crazy is that my face is full of red blotches that probably come from picking at my face. My face is relatively smooth (few bumps) but just lots of dark red/brown blotches. I have no idea what to do -- acne medication isn't helping because I don't actually have acne at those spots. Any advice?
