Red & bumpy

My face is red and splotchy. And there's also little bumps... ITS SO ANNOYING. And It doesn't really help my self esteem...

Picture below of what my face looks like ( not my face, just looks like it )

I am currently using Neutrogena Acne Wash Oil-free, Oxy Maximum Face Wash, and on occasion, Neutrogena Deep Clean Oil-Free Scrub.

How do I get rid of the redness and bumps?
