I used to have body acne appear very frequently about half a year ago but I just didn't think about it and showered everyday and it just went away and most of the scars faded and my body is not oily, but why did my body acne clear up but my face didn't? Is it because most of the hormones are stationed to cause oil and sebum on your face? I would think that if you have body acne that you would also have face acne at the same time, but that's not the case with me. I don't know whats going on with my hormones... neutral.gif

Well I think face acne is much more common than body acne. That being said, I think it is safe to say that your face and body acne had different causes. Your body acne went away by not worrying about it so keep not worrying about it. You can try doing that for your face, but there is no guarantee. I would just treat the face different than treating the body.

Well said, I am trying to not worry about my face so much nowadays and treating my face with respect so that I don't break out.
