i have a lot of tiny broken capillaries on my nose and cheeks, they're very very small and you don't really see each one individually, more like as a general redness. but i also have a few prominent ones. so i was wondering if it's worth trying to heal them with a vit k cream. i already have a tube, but i don't want to waste my time if the odds aren't in my favor, or if it's something i will have to do my whole life in order to keep the same veins from going back to what they used to be.
does vitam k cream really work?
