To touch, scratch, pop, rub, squeeze, tweeze, prod, poke (with a needle sometimes), scrape actives. To mess with them at all is to pick.

dam.. im one of u guys then...
except i dont actually scratch and touch my acne...i do pop white heads when they really need too. im on accutane so smaller ones dry out but some are just needing to be popped. my face is pretty clear except for some gross pih marks that i hopei can get rid of

Just make sure you don't end up messing up your face from picking, once you start it's really hard to stop!
