I just use a cleanser and moisturizer and have very mild acne, but occasionsally I get a breakout or some particularly stubborn pimples. I was wondering will BP be effective on that? I bought the travel size and was intending to use it for that reason.

No, if that was the case people on the dkr regimen would be clear a lot faster instead of it working after some months, bp is more of a preventive treatment.

no, it doesn't work that well. ive found that 5% (and im guesssing 10%) would be better as a spot treatment. it def wont kill it overnight though, if thats what youre aiming for.

The BP gel is effective for a maximum of 12 hours I'm guessing, which is why it must be applied morning and night to be effective. Acne can be underneath the skin without surfacing for 2 weeks, so you could have acne forming and not even know it.

What works better for spot treatment in my experience is AHA+ but even that cannot possibly clear pimples quickly. Really it's up to your body's immune system and skin cell turnover rate for how fast your acne will clear.
