As you can see.
It was going great untill today.
I've been using BP & a moisturizer but suddenly it got very red after using them. What do I do?
Can it be steroid rosacea ? Although it has calmed down a bit from an hour ago

It looks like it's just inflammation due to the active acne, which is very normal. Once that acne is gone the inflammation should go away shortly. I would continue to moisturize and not worry too much about it.
