Does anyone know why only certain antibiotics can be prescribed for acne? - Why dont all of them have an effect?
What makes erythromycin, doxycycline ect special?

Antibiotics make acne worse! Stop taking the right away and take pro-biotics and fix your diet. There is loads on the threads about all of this. It's true! I want to help you, myself, and the world!

Oh no im not on antibiotics - I know I would never take them. But im just wondering if anyone knew why only particular antibiotics are prescribed for acne?
