Hi,
I have had persistent redness on my cheekbones for many months now. I put special anti-redness lotion on, I wash with relatively sensitive stuff, and I still have the redness. I don't know much about rosacea, but I did take a picture. Can anyone help me figure out what this is? Let me know if you need a different picture.

This looks like what I have too! I have red patches on my temples, and pink skin on my cheek running down to my chin with light areas of skin in between which is my normal skin. I've had them for months. I was told by two derms that it's rosacea but I'm not sure....because the patches have an interesting shape to them. My skin used to itch, feel tender and tight and look scaly and dry. It looks less scaly now, but the pinkness is getting worse in just those specific areas. Have you been able to get to a dermatologist to find out what you have? I am beginning to lose hope.

I have the exact same color on my T zone. Except I have bumps all over my face. I think I have it, but I don't want to self-diagnose. Soooooooooo, I've been using this stuff called Prosacea ( I got it yesterday ). It gets rid of redness and bumpy texture. I Can't tell from the picture if you have an uneven texture, but the red supposedly goes away.
I'll keep you posted on the difference if you'd like...?
But then again, everyone's different.
