So Dianette has worked tremendously for my acne but my GP has told me I will need to come off it soon because it's not good to be on for a prolonged time, it has also made me put on weight so I would like to come off it anyway.

I was just wondering whether you think Spiro would be beneficial, along with ortho (to balance hormones that spiro might play around with and also help with the acne)? I'm hoping the spiro will also help me lose all the water weight I've gained using Dianette, I just hope Orhto won't make me gain. If it did, would Spiro counteract it seeing as it's diuretic?

Also, do you think it would be good if I started Spiro now, with the Dianette so that my body can get start getting used to it, and then switch from Dianette to Ortho when the doc tells me to? Rather than suddenly stopping Dianette and suddenly starting both Spiro and Ortho at the same time?
