Is that possible?

I don't know if I should continue with DKR for now or switch to this cream. My derm isn't really all that helpful and I am going to be switching soon. He wasn't even going to prescribe me this but I said that my face gets flushed and is mostly red, he didn't say if it is or isn't rosacea or if its just acne skin and going to get better.
