DAY 74

xjessaminx: yes we just need to get over the break out phase already haha patience is so hard sometimes! and I have total faith in the regimen I just cannot stand the purging phases I go with these products. I wish I was one of those people who just began to heal from like week 3 wahh

but yeah same deal nothing new to report really.

I wanted to ask regimen users a question though: do you think it is better just to leave your face and not drain pimples? Do you think it is better to just let everything heal on its own? I feel like even if i drain some bumps the next day the bumps appear again? I don't know what's your take on it?

I find that it's best to just leave pimples alone to be honest. Everytime I've tried to do something like 'pop' one - even the 'correct' way - it always ends badly. D: The only thing I've had quite good results with is icing but only on the really painful big ones, but even with that some people think this can bring up other spots. So much conflicting information when it comes to acne it's not surprising it's so hard to treat ;p

I'm glad you're feeling there's an improvement going on...hopefully as you get into 3 months the break outs will start to subside a little :D

& nothing quite like shopping to lift your spirits! ;p I have to say, even though I really should not be spending money right now I have just spent a fortune on online shopping...whoops. ;p

Day 86?... I THINK haha

WELLL I just have been busy settling into my dorm and what not.. btw the campus is great but super big! I'm always lost lol or exhausted from the crazy walking.

anyways things have been getting better actually less cysts less break outs i have been just getting nodules/pustules lately no huge cysts and my face hurts way less and less itchy! soo that's great. I have finally accepted the state of my skin and I am not so worked up about going out and stuff anymore ... I guess it's partly due to the fact that I am actually clearing up as well smile.gif but I am super super confident that I will be clear by December. Seems like a long time but I'll be so busy in college it won't even seem like eternity haha

but im seriously so glad i haven't been breaking out with cysts anymore so happy about that hopefully this is the huge turn around month smile.gif month 3 and going strong !!!

Hey I'm sorry the regimen didn't seem to work for you :/ did you just have a huge change since you last posted as things were looking up?

Just warning you that you may experience a break out quitting benzoyl peroxide suddenly. A lot of people find they break out when they stop using it, but you never know you will hopefully be a lucky one! biggrin.gif

Hope that your new regimen will work OK for you, it's a shame about this one but you did give it three months although just incase you were still divvering between continuing - remember a lot of people didn't start noticing results until around month 4.

Take care x
