I have been on DKR and dan's products for a month now. It has worked great.
A week ago my moisturizer pump broke just by pressing it down to pump out the moisturizer. I emailed Danielkern.com support and they wanted to charge me $5 to send me another pump. I thought this was ridiculous.... A day later my cleanser pump breaks when pressing down to pump again. So just letting you guys know if your buying bottles with pumps look toward spending $5 for a pump when it breaks on you.

I know this must be frustrating for you, but let's not assume the pumps are defective. This rarely happens. If the pumps were defective we'd be getting hundreds of email complaints. Have you been using them awhile? Could they just be getting worn out from use? Have you ever dropped the bottles? I once bought a big pump bottle of body lotion, by Jergen's, and at some point the head of the pump snapped off. It happens, but I didn't contact Jergen's and expect them to send a free pump. Something you may want to consider if you are a frequent buyer of the products is save and rinse out your pumps and keep them in case of an emergency such as this.

Sorry to hear about this Alex
Acne.org hasn't failed you yet though, keep your chin up!
Good advice though, Brandy - I think I will keep an extra pump or two on hand.
