for those who use this pill (Dianette) or another brand, did you notice any improvement in your acne ? After how many months ?

Hey, I'm on Dianette too and my skin improved within a month and now, about 6 months later i've got clear skin, apart from the occasional spot that appears. It's really good, my dermatologist was even surprised with how fast my skin cleared and I even got to come off the antibiotics I was on as well.

I'm also on Dianette and I've got 4 days left of my 2nd packet, so nearly 2 months into my treatment. I too saw improvement within the first month and it seems to continue getting better. I still have breakouts, and I still have pustules and whiteheads and blackheads but the severity of it seems to be improving. Apart from when I have massive pick-fests where I attack things that don't need to be picked, like today . But it seems to continue getting better regardless. Good luck with it!
