People who are on water only regimen were following Ashley's link of Water only regimen, which was actually quite helpful! I am really unhappy with the moderators of this site for closing the thread completely!
For now, I wouldnt want to comment on any of the moderators and the way they close the thread if we follow natural path and dont follow what they post, and if we help others.. But I would definately recommend people to keep Ashley's thread alive by posting in this thread!
Not that I have any offense on Dan or the moderators, but I really believe what Ashley posted was definately more sensible then most of the moderators post here! And I guess, as many of us know, good things are not allowed by the society to last longer! So was the case with Ashley!
Anways, lets not get into much details about what happened, but lets post our updates here
