I see you use Cerave products.
Cerave is a time-released moisturizer, and it it made me extremely oily.
It also made me breakout in small whiteheads and I heard this happens to a lot of people.
Retin-A doesn't make me oily, but it doesn't dry oils either.
Really I think cerave is your problem.
I use Beauty Without Cruelty Oil-free moisturizer and i put cerave under my eyes. It works well for me.

Yup! I'm very oily and have a greasy looking face when I wake up & throughout the day.
Honestly, it bothers me but the only thing I do is buy $1 oil blotting sheets and use like 5+
a day. I'd rather suffer now, and have success later than to give up because of a little oil.
I've heard of cream/lotion types that suck the oil from your face, don't take my word on this though
because it sounds too good to be true.

I do sometimes feel oily with Tretinoin, but I prefer that to being dried out...but that's just me.
I do think it might be the CeraVe. Every time I've tried it, my skin has broken out
My friend had severe acne and was finally getting clear with antibiotics, birth control, and some topicals. She was almost completely clear but started using CeraVe, thinking it was noncomedogenic. She decided to try some just on her chin to test it, and sure enough there were tons of clogged pores there, nowhere else, the next day.
Also, maybe you should switch the moisturizer to at night instead of the morning if you don't want to look oily during the day.
Haha, I know I've been rambling, but I'd recommend Cetaphil. It's great for me

I've been using Tretionion for about 3 weeks now and I do notice that my face is oily throughout the day.
