I've had this problem for a while. What I've tried so far is salicylic acid treatment and regular exfoliation, neither of which are helping much. Any ideas?
Blackheads literally in EVERY pore of my nose???

I'm thinking.. 'Moisturize'.. but I also know to truly reverse blackheads.. it would probably have to be a strict regimen lasting many weeks and months.. but even that is a guess, what if it doesn't work.. I think..
After all if I remember correctly, my clogged pores first started appearing when I first used this crazy drying cleanser. Now i'm not saying it caused it.. but definitely the dryness made it worse. That I can tell you for sure.

Thank you! This really helped! I was using a pretty drying cleanser with salicylic acid before, and I switched to Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, because when I used it in the past, it always moisturized my skin. When I use it without water, which the back of the bottle has directions for, it acts like a lotion which really helps moisturize. The blackheads on my nose arent even visible anymore! Also, keeping my skin more moisturized reduced the size and visibility of my pores and seems to be helping my other acne as well.

Nose strips, I get mine from the pound shop. Buy lots! Don't use more than once a day though.

They are most likely sebaceous filaments, NOT blackheads. Sebaceous filaments are nearly impossible to eliminate and most people have them on their noses.

I googled this, and I think that may be what it is. However, mine aren't noticable anymore (except for super duper up-close!) since I started to keep my skin moisturized. But they are still there for sure.
