hey all,
Im pretty OK with the state of my acne progress at the moment (knock on wood!)
I still am annoyed by oily skin issues especially in the humid weather. I know that a lot of people like masques, Ive heard clay/mud/dead sea ones are good but does anyone have a brand or want to tell their experiences of which are good?So far I am also drinking the spearmint tea in attempt to fight oiliness but it hasnt been long enough to really tell if its helping.

Well looks like nobody had any ones they like a lot! lol
I just tried a green sea silt masque by Botanics, I like it a lot, it made my skin glow-y and less oily and no breakout at all. I love the way it feels so clean after.
WIll stick with thsi for now.

The only clay mask I've used is Queen Helene's Mint Julep. It's a sulfur based clay mask. I like how it feels and smells and refreshes. But it sounds like you've already found one you like! smile.gif

Hey I saw that one too--Mint Julep. But I couldnt find the ingredients printed on the tub (weird right? They just werent on there). SO I wasnt sure if it had parfum/fragrance or not. But sounds like it might be good also.
the one Ive tried by Botanics has no "fragrance" which is why I chose it.
thanks!

I don't find the fragrance in the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask to be overwhelming to my nose or irritating to my skin. It's my favorite mask.

There's also this one that warms on contact that I really like for relaxation (I don't see a huge difference in my skin from it, but it feels amazing).

Clinique Acne Solutions Oil Control Cleansing Mask!!!
Its only $19 & it works pretty good. I use it before I go out & it reduces my oil throughout the day/night

I use the Aztec Secret Indian Healing clay you mix it with Apple Cider Vinegar and apply it about once a week and this stuff really works just don't use it more then that or it will irritate your skin and cause it to become more oily. I use it to spot treat large pimples and it take the swelling down quickly.
