Diet Change

Things I'm cutting out(i already cut out cheese and milk):
-all vegetable oil or anything containing it (so basically anything that tastes good)
-all of my supplements (spending money and it doesn't even work wtf)
-nuts/anything high in EFAs (these break me out the worst D: fish oil, cod liver oil, avocados)
-sugar
But also trying to avoid a high fiber diet. My skin just gets too friggin dry on such a diet(and it doesnt help my acne much either). CAN'T THERE BE AN IN BETWEEN? skin that's neither dry nor breaking out? I am going to achieve it. Sooner or later =_=
Alright, time to empty out the fridge and cupboards.

You could substitute your vegetable oil with olive oil? Personally, I think it has a much nicer taste anyway, more earthy, and it's definitely good for your hair and skin.
Supplements might not work if you are eating stuff that conflicts with them, it's a minefield isn't it? Trying to figure out 'am I having too much of this, or too little of that, etc?', but we'll all get there. Chin up, and all the best

First is about the milk.. yes, it is the main culprit.. although i did not get any harm with it for over 20 years, now it does worsen the condition.. Unfortunately, i love it..
Second is EFA.. i also got some cysts from it ( both omega 3 and 6,, what a waste), i hate it..
Third is about the supplement, me too confuse about whether i should take or not???.. how much should i take them???, should i take one at a time or altogether at a time???? which one could be the culprit???ha haaa.. so confusing..
anyway, good luck with your changes..
oh, in my opinion, high fiber diet should not harm you and actually it can help with your digestive system which is good for acne..
btw, i have been doing the cavemen regime along with diet plan..

Ok so my diet plan is as follows: no dairy, carb/sugar control, minimal vegetable oil/omega 6 intake(margarine, vegetable oil, avocados, nuts), plenty of beta carotene/vitamin a
Ihavenoface, yeah I wish I could substitute it for olive oil, but I noticed that I got more breakouts when I put it into my diet before.
IamI, I'm also going to be starting the caveman regimen, but I am nervous about it haha
Day 1
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken and rice
Snack: Sweet potato
Dinner: Roast beef sandwich
And of course I drank nothing but water all day.
Also, I always notice a tremendous difference in my skin when I go to bed before 11. It supposedly helps with liver detoxification and It's definitely given me results, but lately I've been staying up super late (sometimes not going to bed at all) so I'm trying to get back into that.

I just have a wee suggestion, it may or may not make much of a difference. Your diet looks good, but you may want to consider changing the margarine to real butter, don't quote me, but I believe margarine contains unhealthy fats, whereas pure organic butter contains healthy fats, and has had less processing in general. I'm not sure how you are with nuts, but almond butter is beautiful, and you'll get some vitamin E from the almonds along with the healthy fats.
There is another oil I use for cooking that apparently doesn't degenerate when heated, it's called Carotino, it's basically canola and red palm fruit oil. I use it if I need oil to cook, and use the olive for salads. I've used this for about 2-3 weeks without a break-out. Might be worth go

My diet has pretty much consisted of the same stuff. Eating sweet potatoes a lot and I really think the anti-inflammatory aspect as well as the vitamin a really helps my skin. Also, I didnt wash my face for 3 days and it has looked really good aside from minor flaking. No pimples whatsoever- I was shocked haha. I exfoliated tonight though. But I'm only going to do this like twice a week to avoid irritation/dryness.
But I'm a bit worried since it's almost that time of the month :\ always comes with a new set of pimples :[
