I only use 1 pump each of Acne.org cleanser and treatment a.m. and p.m. They last me almost 2 months. (8 oz) I use a lot more of the moisturizer. The 8 oz bottle only last me a month or so.

Same here pretty much, I use one pump twice a day and my 8oz bottle is still going but almost on the dregs and it's been almost 2 months.

So obv a 16oz bottle will last twice as long.

If you do the Regimen the way Dan lays it out (3 pumps) it should last you just about 2 months. I know the store says 2-4 months but that varies only when you use less (because you've cleared and you know your skin just doesn't need as much).
