I have been doing the regimen for almost fives but never bothered to post here, but I wish to share my recent experiences with this company and compliment its staff.

My recent shipment was interrupted by the Canada Post delivery staff strike / lockout, cause me to despair my regimen will be interrupted because I was running low on BP (over the years I have never stopped but shifted from two times a day to one time a day). I notified customer services of this situation and within a week, a representative named Aren notified me that they have shipped another package via UPS Air Freight so Ｉ will receive the package soon, free of charge of course.

I was very pleased.

So, thank you Dan for having such customer friendly policies.

Btw, I wouldn't have kept doing the regimen if it is not effective, which consists of Cetaphil cleanser (I find that a bit gentler than Dan's cleanser), BP and AHA moisturizer. Although I wish Dan has kept the blue squeeze bottles for BP, I always enjoyed the design and it is better for traveling (non-air of course).
