Does anyone know of any doctors who are currently offering the new dr. Rox Anderson high dose pdt treatment? I can find only 1 doctor in irvine, ca and am looking for a doctor on the east coast. This is the treatment announced in march, 2011 and is so new that few providers have even heard of it. Any lead would be greatly appreciated.
