I've ordered from Dan once before using the cheapest method of delivery and it took about 15 days, however I have ordered once again and it has been 18 days so far with no products!

I just wondered how long it normally takes for anyone else in the UK?

It normally takes 10-28 days, average being around 14 days. My longest wait was 23 days, I think, but I've heard of people waiting longer and order arriving eventually.

If it doesn't get intercepted by Customs - 1 week. But the order has to be below £18 including shipping. If I order 1 8oz tube/bottle of BP, I'll usually get it in 7 days.

For larger orders - 2-3 weeks. It will actually be in the country within 5-7 days, but HMRC/Royal Mail take nearly 2 weeks to get it to your nearest depot and stick the dreaded card through your door. And then charge you an additional £12 for the pleasure.

Yeah well I know customs will seize it so that probably explains it then!

We definitely seem to get ripped off here in the UK though

Well I take everything back...
I ordered Cleanser, BP, Moisturizer, and Jojoba last Wednesday evening and it all came this morning. No Customs.
