So, my sister read in a magazine ( that's what she told me ) that going outside for exercise during 8-10 am in the morning and 6-8 pm at night is good for acne because the Sun is not too strong, so that it will kill the bacteria but it won't damage the skin. Is that true? eusa_think.gif

Depends where you live and how strong the UV light is.
It will clear bacteria - at the moment UV light is the main thing i use to clear acne. not so much in the form of the sun but a small UV light box i put on my face and it does work.

Ashley is right in saying that fresh air and exercise helps aswell though as exercise in general is a great idea for battling acne!
