This is what I look like in certain lighting, it doesn't look THIS bad all the time, but it shows what I'm talking about.

I don't know if it's rosacea or not. Other than the appearance I don't have any of the symptoms, no flushing or 'triggers' I'm always the same with it. My face never feels hot or anything. So can it still be rosacea? Is it just broken blood vessels? Let me know what you think, I know I'm not going to find all the answers here.

Also the rest of my face is dull, which looks bad because the rest of me is pale. I don't use a harsh cleanser, for awhile I was only using water even. I have oily skin so that might be the cause, but I don't know.

My skin looks just like that! But I have more red spots that look like acne but aren't raised. Check out my pictures on my thread that is called Need help please. I am using epiduo, aczone, and erythromycin pills and it's helping with my acne which helped my skim heal. You might be irritated.

My face is similar, my cheeks get red but I don't have any bumps or anything. I also have it on the back of my arms. My dermatologist said I had keratosis pilaris. You might have that. It's nothing really, it just makes your skin kinda red and blotchy. Its really common and most people just grow out of out or it disappears on its own eventually.

How long have you had it? if it itches it may be a fungal infection called Pityrosporum Folliculitis, check out the thread titled after it.
