Even in places where I didn't get much acne, such as my forehead. I haven't used any products in a few years. I just wish my face was the same color as my neck, but it has a reddish tone EVERYWHERE.

I looked at some old pictures, and they were never exactly the same. The difference has just increased over time. Its admittedly better though since I stopped using all products, wash with cold water, and exfoliate once a week but still.. I wish my face was the same color as my neck and body. My body tans but my face just gets redder, this facial redness seems to be more common among blonde haired people (I am one).

Same. I put on loads of sunscreen on my face too. I'm interested to see if anyone has anything else to say about this. My face just looks odd next to my neck and body...like im wearing a bad foundation.

I'm warning all of you to stop putting ALL chemicals on your face. Only wash your face with water. After washing my face with cold water only and putting a VERY gentle moisturizer for over a year and physically exfoliating a few times my skin tone was finally even. Well last week I put a sunscreen on my face one time, since then my face has been red and irritated. This crap is not natural and ruins your skin. DO NOT TRUST THE PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES. Who knows, it might take another year for my skin tone to return to its natural state after putting sunscreen on it ONCE. Do you all realize what's at stake here? You put chemicals on your face you will never recover from this red face curse.

anything other than water and vaseline that touches my face makes it go beet red! even vaseline sometimes does it, i dont know whats caused my permanent redness, could be acne products or accutane. Either way i wish never touched them. My best advice is just dont put anything at all on your skin, just leave it completely. I have to put some form of emollient/ moisturiser on though otherwise my skin gets dry and flares up really bad. sad.gif
