Okay, for 53 days, I am going to go without touching my face at all ever. Many of you say I will fail, but I say I will not. 53 days because I return to the University in 53 days.

DAY 1

I can do this. No touching = little or no breakouts.

Skin Condition:
Not very good. Red cheeks, a few bumps. Overall very bad on both cheeks. Dark red uneven marks.

Also I will be rating the way I feel that I look each day, on a scale from 0 to 10. 0 being the absolute worst, and 10 being completely clear.

Day 1 scale = 2

QUOTE (i am ashley. @ Jun 22 2011, 08:29 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
I still have a hard time wtih this. Yesterday I scratched out a clog, now I have a minor inflamed bump. So I washed a pair of winter mittens which I will wear whenever my hands are free smile.gif I suggest you try the same so that you cannot actually scratch at your face!

It's so hard, isn't it? I have tried before and failed. I feel like the only way to actually do it successfully is to have something to keep me going, which is the theory behind the daily log. Once I build up a few days, I won't want to mess it up. The first few days are the hardest though. You can start now, with me, if you think it would help. You never know, touching your face may be the only thing keeping you from being 100% clear, because you seem like you are getting close from what I've read.

Ok, so my skin looked so bad today, that I had to touch it, I couldn't resist. But, as logs are supposed to go, I am starting from day 1 again. So, 52 days to go.

DAY 1

My skin looks bad, as I already said, but I think it is slowly improving.

On a scale of 0 to 10, my appearance is still a 2.
