hey all, i was just wondering, is EPA/DHA the main and important aspects of fish oil? A lot of the times, it will say total fish oil is 1000mg, eha 500mg, dha 200mg, other fatty acids: 300 mg etc
however, i found this from GNC:
http://www.drugstore.com/gnc-triple-streng...tgels/qxp183003
these are loaded with DHA and EPA, but it only has 600mg total fish oil.. however, if DHA and EPA are the main aspects and important parts of fish oil, would this be the best fish oil to buy? i'd love to know, i need to get some fish oil by the end of today before i go on vacation. thanks
question about fish oil
