I'm currently taking the following daily:
-1 1000mg Safeway Brand Fish Oil Softgel with Omega 3
Contains: Fish Oil Concentrate (Anchovy, Sardine, Mackerel), Gelatin, Glycerin, Glycerol, d-Sorbitol, Natural Tocopherals (Soy)
-1 Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement
-1 Vitamin Shoppe E-200 IU Softgel
Contains: Gelatin, soybean oil, glyrcerin, purified water, Soy
-2 Vitamin Shoppe Pantethine Complex Tablets | Split 150mg Pantothenic Acid and 150mg Pantethine
Contains: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, purified water, methylcellulose and polyethylene glycol
-2 Nature Made Super B-Complex Tablets
Contains: 150mg Vit C, 100mg Thiamin, 20mg Riboflavin, 25mg Niacin, 2mg Vit B6, 400mcg Folic Acid, 15mcg Vit B12, 30mcg Biotin, and 5.5mg Pantothenic Acid
All in all from all this, I'm getting 90 mcg Biotin (including the Centrum). Should I be taking a different B-Complex/more Biotin?
Thoughts? Much appreciated everyone! Just want to be sure I'm not creating any deficiencies.
